Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped the same day or the day
after we receive them. If an item is out of stock, you will be asked if
you wish to back order. Shipping rates displayed on our order form may
not be accurate for large items such as harps and chairs. If this is
the case, we will contact you with the correct shipping cost before
your order is processed. This is also true with international orders
(see below).
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover, as well as
checks, money orders and Paypal. Checks will be held for 10 days before
shipping. International orders must be
prepaid with a cashier's check in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, or
with Paypal (see below).
Returns
THREE-DAY INSTRUMENT RETURN POLICY: Harps and guitars
may be returned within three (3) days of receipt for a refund. If you
are not completely satisfied, simply contact Planet Harp within three
(3) days of receiving your harp or guitar. You will be issued an RMA
number. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued after the
instrument is returned and inspected. To qualify for a refund,
instruments must be returned in
the condition they were in when they left our store, and must include
all original packing material, warranty cards, and all supplied
accessories. The customer is responsible for all charges related to
packaging, return shipping and insurance. Returned merchandise must
have an RMA number. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPOs, and
international orders, please contact
us for shipping and payment information before placing your
